• 🔊 Masjid Audio System Enhancement – ~$80,000

📅 Timeline: Must be completed before fall to ensure readiness for programs, events, and our growing community attendance.

💡 Why We Need You

As our masjid continues to grow, so do the demands on our space.

• The Multipurpose Hall urgently needs additional HVAC units to maintain comfort during Jumuʿah and community events. Without them, the space becomes difficult to use—especially during the Texas summer heat.

• We're also upgrading the entire masjid audio system to ensure clear, balanced sound across all areas—including the prayer halls, classrooms, corridors, and more. The new system will also be the backbone of our internal paging and notification system, supporting all programs while adding a critical layer of safety.

📈 Project Milestones

❄️ HVAC System (April–August 2025)

• ✅ April–May – Contract approvals, permitting, and equipment procurement

• ✅ June – Mobilization, ductwork, cassette unit installation, and control systems

• ✅ July – System startup, testing, inspections, and final handover

• ⏳ August – Final invoicing and payment phase (now underway)

📌 All HVAC work is complete—we now need your help to close it out financially.

🔊 Audio System (June–August 2025)

• ✅ June – Site survey, system design, and equipment procurement

• ✅ July – Installation of:

  • Men’s prayer hall speakers

  • Minbar microphone upgrades

  • Upstairs classroom speakers

• 🔄 Early August – Installation of:

  • MPH and corridor ceiling speakers

  • Microphone plates and wireless mic system

  • Touch panel controls

  • Additional exterior speakers for building-wide coverage

• ⏳ Mid–Late August – Final system programming and cutover, inshaAllah
